Writer, director and documentary subject Anthony Chidiac lives with his mother in Beirut. His home has become both a refuge and a prison. When his bedroom undergoes a renovation, he engages the construction workers in an exploration of sexuality. Through the process of renovation – and the making of this deeply personal, remarkably assured film – he finally begins to embrace his own identity.
